Is Hope For Fools?

The Father’s urging for us to remain hopeful in suffering is the reminder that He is near. Beauty beyond all things, the God who became human weeps with us. Intercedes for us. Welcomes us to come, not just into His presence but to curl up onto His lap.

Take These Hands and How to Avoid Sour Milk

He is waiting for us to notice His willing hands to do the heavy lifting. His burden is light, remember? Like a little cup of milk rather than a crushing weight. It is a reminder that He is a kind and good Father; not capricious nor wishing to set us up for failure. 

Though the Darkness Hide Thee

At the end of all my musings I tend to have more things to wonder and consider than less. More questions than answers. But the peace that has been growing since that morning at church is that the light is there. Our God is there.
