It all started when…
I sensed God call me to have courage for a very overwhelming and scary situation. That wasn’t too surprising. What hit me was that I sensed it was also call of kindness and validation, without shame or condemnation. He wasn’t requiring me to suck it up and summon courage in my own strength, He was inviting me into a more intimate walk with Him. For several years I scoured the bible, compiled stories, and, finally, wrote a book. I feel like it is a love letter from me to the church. It is my deep desire to encourage others to be captivated by the person of Jesus Christ through some of the scariest moments.
I enjoy weaving my personal storytelling with deep biblical truth. I always make sure there is some laughter as well.
